Friday Fling!

Friday, oh happy Friday! This one should be a good one!

At the moment I'm in the computer lab up at the university (home, sweet home). So far today I've been to Vinmonopolet to find something nice to drink tonight, and been hunting high & low for a birthday present. Yes, I'm going to a party (Thanks Siggi for changing shifts!). Erle turns 28 - happy birthday, gorgeous! - and is hosting a fabulous birthday bash this evening! Likely to be quite a few familiar faces there, thus it's a great chance to catch up with friends, and guaranteed to be great fun!

Else, I've been photo-documenting my doings today through cellphone photos of horrific quality - should actually post them all the same, though that's got to wait until later.

Oh yeah, and I bought a "teach yourself"-like course in Japanese today. You can say I was inspired by my good friend (and fellow blogger) Marte, who's planning on refreshing her Russian this fall. Man, talk about giving me a guilty conscience for forgetting all the Japanese (which isn't that much in the first place) I learnt!

The rest of the weekend is less wired for fun. I'm going to be at work from 4pm - closing time the three next days. But I'm not complaining. I don't mind working evenings at D/S Louise, especially during summer & if the weather is nice 'cause that means I'll be finished by 11 pm. And if the weather isn't nice, well, that's not bad either. There's always something to do to make time go faster.
