Hurrah for the Doc! Doc Martens boots that is - 50 years in fashion! April 1st was the first day of productions of this ever populare footware and thus the first boot type was suitably named 1460.
I've been contemplating adding a pair of Docs to my wardrobe for some time now. And I was actually planning on buying a pair while in London back in January. I just didn't get that far.
You can hardly go wrong with a pair of these boots, I think. Suitable for both everyday glamour & party-time, though I can't actually see myself doing the last one - I'm just too fond of my heels for that. And let's not forget, they're just so practical! Perhaps a pair in every colour? ;)
